Beth H. Macy, author

Beth H. Macy has always wanted to write a spy novel that has a greater degree of humanity than many currently in the market. She has succeeded with her books in the Moscow Nights Series: Moscow Nights Return, Moscow Misdirection, Moscow Madness, Moscow Moles, and coming in the Fall of 2025, Moscow Lost. She has embraced writing as her next career and is currently working on book six in the series.

Beth is evenly right brained and left brained and has tested as “cerebral.” She comes from a family of artists. She has been a Mathematics teacher, an officer in the US Navy, a developer, a C-Level executive in high technology, and executive and teams consultant.

Beth has worked for such companies as Lotus Development, Apple Computer and IBM. She is a talented artist with her works in collections from New York to Australia. Beth's creativity extends into many areas: writing, videography, stained glass, oil painting and acrylics.

Beth uses her extensive travel, eclectic background, many skills and experiences as material for her series. This tapestry of Beth’s background brings us into the lives of the characters within, bringing forth a collection of realistic, complex individuals.

Beth states: “As an artist, I like to bring to life the world around me, whether it be through the visual arts or the written word. It is my hope that my books help bring joy and greater vision to others.”

Beth is a member of StoryRocket, has attended their master level workshops, and has attended workshops at the New York Film Academy. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, an artist, a videographer, and most of all, an author.
